my laptop battery says fully charged, but when i remove the AC power it dies?
i bought a laptop, but the battery does not seem toe work, i don’t know if its the laptop, die charger or the battery that has the problem, it detects the battery, but it keeps on saying battery is fully charged, when i remove the AC power, it dies, i have tried removing the battery while on the AC power and putting it back on, but it still does the same, it detects the battery and says it is fully charged, what can i do, its on a Packard bell R1938, note, its not under warranty…
